Go to five (or more, if you have time) of the logs below to learn about many of the things that the crew do and add information to your Watch It! Log Sheet.If you are studying the captain or cook positions you will need to still do this part of the lesson. You should be sure to read the Emergency Drill entry and several others. You will note on your log sheet what the captain or the cook would observe happening during the day, even though they may not be participating in the activity going on.
